It has been a busy week, hectic at times even. But I am glad to take time to slow down and acknowledge all the good that happened in my week and day today.
An attitude of gratitude changes everything. It’s so much harder to feel stressed, frustrated or resentful over all that has gone wrong when prompted to dwell on all that has gone right.
