Wow Make A Difference Mondays has kinda rocked my world. Case in point: Haven’t blogged all week since the launch post πŸ˜‰ Something about being wowed by the words of a total of thirty women kept me happily in reading mode rather than writing mode this past week! That and the many emails flying back and forth between the women I have been so blessed by as they worked together to make this dream a reality, have me just so, so grateful. Not so long ago, this project could’ve seemed like nothing more than just a pie in the sky dream – but if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it is when you put your faith in the One who is far bigger than you and seek to honor Him with your words and actions, He oftentimes showers blessings in ways bigger and better than anticipated! That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9

If you take away one thing from this post, take away this – the Make A Difference Mondays initiative is not about us or anything we may do. We do this because of Him and for Him, and will always point back to Him. In the words of Heidi St. John, “Our goal is not for anyone to be impressed by what we’re doing, but be impressed by the One we’re serving.”

This week I am compelled to action in a way I realistically may not have been before my newfound accountability in #MADMlinkup. As much as I would have wanted to, I likely would never have gotten around to sending the letter I wrote to a man who made a difference in my life recently. Just as much as I believe in making a difference with what God has given us, where He has placed us – I believe in letting others know when they have made a difference and thanking them for it. So with that, I have decided to send my letter, Dear Arbys Angel to hopefully make a small difference in the day of someone who clearly has such a heart for serving others!

We would be so humbled and happy if you would like to read and write along with us, so that we may encourage one another toward acts of service that make a difference right in our own spheres of influence. Here’s the low-down: There will be six women regularly co-hosting this link-up that will appear on all six of our blogs and we also have three wonderful co-hosts who will fill in as guest hosts on the occasional day that a regular co-host is not able to post. Read on to learn more about our vision, mission, and how to link up!

Mission
Our mission is to provide a consistent gathering place for like-minded women to build online connections, share inspiration, and provide mutual encouragement and accountability as we seek to live intentionally and make a difference in the lives of those around us.

Vision
Every Monday we will invite bloggers to link-up any blog posts that encourage women to live life on purpose. This could include testimonies or goals from your own life, small acts of kindness or service, creative tips or ideas for showing consideration to others β€” the possibilities are endless. Our objective is to use our God-given time and resources to His glory because this is true for us all:

    An InLinkz Link-up

The above is who we are, but we want to know who YOU are! If you are here from the link-up and perhaps we’ve not yet met, if you have a moment, would you do me a HUGE kindness and introduce yourself? πŸ™‚ Tell me about how you ended up here, tell me about your family, tell me about what you’re passionate about, tell me if there’s anything I can do for you – whatever it is just know you are wanted and you are loved here! As always, please comment or email any prayer requests too!  XO
