So it’s July 1st already (say whaaat?) Wow. I’m thinking time really does fly when you’re having fun 😉
We haven’t knocked out too much on our
It’s more than ok because we’ve been busy embracing summer, awash in magical moments and mundane alike. It’s not all sunshine, rainbows, andÂ
lavender farm adventures 😉
In June, I was even uber-lucky enough to sneak in a fewÂ
summer dates with my main squeeze.

I know not what lies ahead for July or for the rest of the summer. But I’m grateful. More than grateful to be here for such a time as this. You too?
Looking ahead, I’m brimming with plenty more summer hopes, but most of my goals for July are business related.
Here are a few at the top of my list:
– I want to keep making memories and celebrating the small, magical moments of summer with my children
– I need to plan out and secure our homeschool curriculum for the fall
– I hope to firm up plans for a coaching & consulting business the Lord has unmistakably laid on my heart. At first, this was just about a few friends/family trying to talk me into making this leap. But I can’t deny the confirmations I keep seeing that this is what I’m supposed to do. I’m currently swimming in a crazy mixture of excitement, terror, awe, and gratitude for all that lies ahead! Much more info to come on this sooon!
– This month, I absolutely want to firm up details for several blog related partnerships and collaborations that are in the works
– This month I’m also super excited to begin guest writing atÂ
the well studio! I think you’re going to love them, if you don’t already… See for yourself:
“We are a tribe of dreamers, builders, creators, doers and entrepreneurs. We are a haven for the creatives and non-creatives, shops and services, big and small. We love Jesus and we love that He created us to do big things…..even if to others it seems small.  We desire to work, live and love well…..not perfectly but {well}. We desire to choose grace. We need to be reminded that we can’t be everything to everyone and that we can’t do it all….even though we keep trying.  This is a place where we can come together and be encouraged, inspired and equipped to pursue GOD’s dreams for use and use the gifts and talents He has given us..and to celebrate life together.”

What do your goals look like for July? Always LOVE to hear what’s on your heart!
Sharing with holleygerth.com today and Sometimes sharing with these friends Also sharing with the tiny twig’s goals for grace community and call her happy’s Too Long; Didn’t Read community  here’s the deal on TL; Dr because I think it’s just so true: “You know how sometimes you have blogs that you love and blog authors that you love even more, but you also have a family and laundry and meals to cook and etcetera and so forth? So, you end up missing out on parts of your favorite virtual friends’ lives – not by choice, but just by life? And then you feel terrible when you find out that she is pregnant or going back to work or moving, and you had no idea. Wouldn’t it be nice if bloggers put out a cliff notes version of their lives every once in a while? I thought so.” Enter – TL; DR  : )

I LOVE your creative spirit. It is so invigorating! xxoo
Thank you for linking up with me 🙂
Thanks so much Jenna! So glad to have found you & your blog : )
Hi Sybil!
Stopping by from Holley’s blog link…
As I read your post about spending time with your children and preparing for home school I remembered those times when my children were young… Enjoy! Enjoy them now and as they grow up! Every season of life is wonderful and fulfilling when we are serving and hoping and planning in the Lord! 🙂
Blessings to you
That was such sweet, much appreciated encouragement, Danise! Thank you and thanks for stopping by She Lives Free! : )
Ah, Sybil! Hello! Stopping by from the Influence Forums 🙂
I am in the same place…thinking about taking the leap with a consulting business (!!!) and equal parts excited and terrified. It’s so exciting but also really scary. BUT, like you, I feel like God just keeps confirming that this is something He wants me to be doing. Can’t wait to hear more about what He’s doing in YOUR life! Have a fabulous July!
So grateful for your visit, Rachel! Yes, I’d love to make this a continuing conversation! So neat to find someone in just the same place – we should definitely compare notes and keep in touch!
“Make plans but hold them loosely”–I love that! I’m such a planner, but I want to balance that with some spontaneity, and that kind of sums it up. 🙂
And thanks for sharing The Well Studio–looks really interesting and I can’t wait to check it out more!

Lovely post!
I made a summer bucket list last year and by the end of summer I hated it and it was a ball and chain around my neck. This year we have some loose plans and it’s a lot more enjoyable!
I’ve been working on my homeschool plans for next year. I really want a dynamic year for my daughter… I hope I can accomplish my plans.
Thanks for sharing (and for linking up to the SHINE Blog Hop).
Wishing you a lovely day.
xoxo
Thanks so much, Jennifer! Your visit, your encouragement, and your blog is a blessing!
That is so awesome you feel such a strong call from the Lord to start something risky. What a great opportunity to step out in faith! I hope you have a very productive month!
Thank you so much for that Lauren! I hope you have an amazing month, yourself!
I love your goals, especially the homeschool one. I’d love to homeschool when the time comes!
Thanks for linking up to JOAT!
Thanks Chantel!!
